So what’s included?

1 x 30min intro call

  • On this call we outline your goals, discuss any challenges, identify what you need help with and create an action plan
  • Call notes & a strategy plan PDF

1 x half day in person (per calendar month)

We’ll utilise this time as you need.

  • Monthly team strategy meeting
  • Marketing plan workshop: content analysis, forward planning creative brainstorming
  • Design workshop: analysing range plans, identifying opportunities & NPD
  • Evaluating commercial aspects such as improvements on margins
  • Planning B2B selling: target lists, trade shows, linesheet/lookbook set up
  • Inclusion in company meetings or with external agencies (such as PR, Paid Ads or SEO)

**Additional half days in the business can be bolted on as required, subject to availability**

Weekly support in the business

I’ll be on hand on a weekly basis to assist you in the areas you need it most, with a weekly video call and unlimited support however you best like to communicate – whether it be by email, whatsapp or voicenote.

We’ll follow up actions to be taken, discuss progress on our different projects, identify opportunities and troubleshoot any issues within the business.

Alongside my 20 years of knowledge & experience you’ll also have access to my wide network of industry contacts. (I’m not an expert in everything, but chances are I know someone who is!)
